The STIHL FSA 50 is a battery-powered grass trimmer, ideal for trimming, mowing, and edging tasks around your home garden. As part of STIHL’s AK System of cordless tools, it operates with low noise emissions, so you won’t need to worry about disturbing your neighbours.
The FSA 50 comes equipped with the AutoCut C 3-2 mowing head, which can be refilled without the use of tools. It is also compatible with the PolyCut 3-2 (available separately). The trimmer features a soft-grip loop handle, adjustable tool-free for added convenience, along with a redesigned telescopic shaft and a mowing head that can be set to three different angles. This makes it easier to trim awkward areas, such as beneath garden benches, around trees, or along slopes and uneven ground. A newly designed spacer bracket helps prevent damage to delicate plants and flowers. Additionally, the mowing head can be rotated 90 degrees for clean and precise lawn edge trimming.
A variable-speed trigger gives you precise control over the cutting speed, helping to extend battery life during use. With its excellent balance and lightweight design, the FSA 50 is an ideal entry-level grass trimmer, suitable for users of all ages and experience levels.
When used with the AK 10 battery, the FSA 50 offers a working time of up to 25 minutes on a full charge. The battery also contributes to a well-balanced tool, making operation even more comfortable.
