Stihl RM448.3 T 18" Petrol Lawnmower

The RM 448 T from STIHL is a petrol single-speed lawn mower designed for users looking to cut medium-sized to large lawns at home. Part of a new range of 4 Series petrol lawn mowers, it’s fitted with innovative key features that make this the ideal choice for gardeners at home.

This lawn mower is built with a rugged polymer deck that is lightweight, rust proof and double layered for additional stability. It’s UV and petrol resistant too! The RM 448 T has a 46 cm cutting width and single point height adjustment that is adjustable between 20 – 100 mm. The EVC 200 C engine is easy to start too meaning you can effortlessly get to work. And on a full tank of fuel the RM 448 T can mow lawns up to 1200 m2.

The RM 448 T has 4 different ways of mowing. No additional tools are required but we do recommend you refer to the owner’s manual before working. You can either:

• Cut & collect with the grass catcher box fitted
• Cut & drop by removing the grass catcher box
• Side discharge with the flap that is integrated into the deck
• Mulch with the multi-blade and mulching attachment

The comfort mono-handlebar allows easy access to the grass catcher box, making it easier to remove and empty when it’s full – plus, thanks to the fill level indicator on the grass catcher box you’ll know exactly when to empty the box too! The 52-litre grass catcher box is ergonomically designed and easy to fully open for fast emptying. The sturdy mono-handlebar is height adjustable and foldable for compact storage after use. 

Folding Grass Collection Box

EASY EMPTYING. Your lawn mower is equipped with a folding grass collection box to make emptying clippings very straightforward. The fill-level indicator signals the right time for emptying. An airstream ensures dense filling while mowing, so you can make optimum use of the full volume of the box. The slats on the side of the box direct the air towards the ground, which protects you from dirt being swirled up.

IMPROVE CONTROL. With robust and durable smooth-running wheels, you can keep track of your lawn mowing easily and effortlessly. Thanks to their traction and directional stability, these smooth-running wheels can be effortlessly manoeuvred to support careful and comfortable lawn maintenance.

EASY AND RELIABLE. Whether a cold or warm start, thanks to the engine with easy-start system, you can start your tool easily, reliably and with minimal effort.

Mulching Function

MOW AND FERTILISE IN A SINGLE STEP. The mulching function saves you having to dispose of cuttings and lets you fertilise your lawn naturally. The mulching blades shred the cut grass into small particles which are then automatically distributed evenly over the turf.

Polymer Housing

HIGH-RESISTANCE AND LIGHTWEIGHT. The highly resilient and robust polymer housing is petrol-resistant and protects the engine block against UV radiation. The high-quality plastic is also exceptionally light.

Quick-fix Quick Release Tensioner

FOR SIMPLE ASSEMBLY OR FOLDING UP. With the Quick-Fix quick-release tensioner, you can conveniently fold away the bar of your lawn mower without the need for tools, or fold it open when preparing the lawn mower for work.

Super-Soft Handle

Central Cut Height Adjustment
